Ongoing affiliations lead Altran to fit out of this 500m2 edgy two level office. Koala Grey epoxy floors lead through to themed meeting rooms and the impressive boardroom.
Not your average office space, the boardroom is a visual feast. With glossed wenge joinery units topped with ‘Caesar stone’ balancing between the state of the art audio and visual system.
The complete fit out consisted of the supply & installation of ceiling and wall works including bulkheads with recessed down lights to the boardroom, finished in timber veneer reception and the upper level feature.
All joinery was manufactured and installed for the staffroom, reception foyer and kitchen as well as the 10 workstations in the centre of the tenancy.The individual offices around the perimeter of the upper level were constructed using floor to ceiling glazing.
Electrical, lighting, plumbing, glazing, painting and signage was provided. Epitomizing this modern fit out was the inclusion of the 3 x 7 metre external putting green and undercover BBQ area.
